This handcrafted ceramic platter features a beautiful blend of glazes that bring out its rich texture, making it a unique and functional piece of art. Each platter is a one-of-a-kind collector’s item, ensuring no two are ever the same.

Process: Each platter is handcrafted by rolling the clay into a slab, cutting and forming the shape. They are then left to dry very slowly so they don’t crack or warp as they shrink. The platters are then smoothed and given the finishing touches, fired in the kiln overnight, sanded, washed, glazed, and high fired again at 2200F degrees. Each kiln firing takes about 24 hours to fire and cool. Then, after one more sand and wash to smooth it’s undersides it’s ready to find a new home with you!
