Each piece is carefully wrapped and packed with love and attention… but once it leaves the studio, it’s in the hands of the postal gods. Choosing this add-on ensures that if your parcel arrives damaged, we’ll replace or refund your item (depending on availability) after reviewing photos of the damage.
